The American Journal of Trial Advocacy is published three times yearly by students of Cumberland School of Law, of Samford University.
Subscriptions are $24 per year ($10/issue), payable in advance, and are renewed automatically unless cancelled prior to publication of the Summer issue.
Checks payable to "American Journal of Trial Advocacy" should be sent, along with your full name, place of business, address, telephone number, email and signature to the above address.
Notification of address changes should be sent to the Journal immediately and should include both old and new addresses and account number. We cannot supply replacement copies. All communications should be sent to the above address.
Reprints of published articles are available form the Journal office for a small fee. Indices for each volume are printed in its third issue and a cumulative index is available on the Journal's website. Back issues of Journal materials may be purchased from:
